YOU WILL BE ASSISTING THE 2 SUPERVISORS WITH THE DAY TO DAY TASKS THAT OCCUR IN A BUSY OFFICE. DEALING WITH STAFF ROTAS, HOLIDAY & SICKNESS RECORDS, TEMP REQUIREMENTS, CHASING TIMESHEETS, OUTSTANDING INVOICES, ADMIN SUPPORT, DATA ENTRY, TYPING UP DEPT CORRESPONDENCE, RECEPTION COVER! IT IS A VARIED AND BUSY ROLE AND WILL SUIT SOMEONE WHO ENJOYS TAKING ON RESPONSIBILITY & IS RELIABLE, SELF MOTIVATED AND ASSERTIVE.
